NETIZENS CALL OUT CELEBRITIES FOR ATTENDING AWARDS IN TORONTO AMID FLOODS

What Pakistan is going through is unimaginable, one-third is underwater, waterborne diseases are spreading, people are dying from hunger and our favourite celebrities are in Toronto, preparing for the awards. While our celebs are in Canada, famous personalities from all over the world are visiting Pakistan to help the victims. Angelina Jolie, Mufti Menk and Turkish actor Celal AL visited Pakistan and did everything in their power to make the lives of victims a little less miserable. They urged everyone to donate as much as they can.

“I’ve never seen anything like this, and I’ve been to Pakistan many times”, said humanitarian and actor Angelina Jolie. The devastation caused by the floods in Pakistan is not easily countable and instead of helping the victims, and providing relief to them, superstars of our industry are flying to Canada to have a good time neglecting the needs of flood-affected people. Netizens are not liking it and calling them out including a renowned politician, Sharmila Faruqui.

There are a few including Hadiqa Kiani, Mariyam Nafees and Resham who visited the flood zone personally and spent time among them to get to know about their needs. The question is, are HUM awards more important than millions of people getting homeless and dying?
