Dolmen Gets Fit And Makes Getting Fit Easy

Dolmen Gets Fit And Makes Getting Fit Easy
Dolmen gets fit was a fabulous initiative by Dolmen Mall to increase health awareness and educate consumers about the numerous wellness options available both at Dolmen Mall and in the city. The festival was held from the 18th to the 22nd of October at Dolmen Mall Clifton and brought in leading fitness experts, renowned trainers, weight loss specialists, skin and hair experts, an organic bazaar and free body assessments for all.

As Dolmen’s Fitness Ambassador, FZM Boutique Fitness encouraged the activities, ensuring that every notable studio in the city was represented and able to showcase their talents. The best trainers in the city participated and Nike flew in UK based cross fit athlete Chris Rigby for the occasion.

The interactive festival had each trainer put forth simple fitness challenges for the public and many exciting prizes, discount coupons and limited offers were won! The response was overwhelming!

However, Dolmen Gets Fit wasn’t simply about exercise or trainers exhibiting their expertise. It was a festival to educate consumers about the vast array of wellness products, eateries and options available at Dolmen Mall. More than anything else, Dolmen Gets Fit highlighted the vital fact that the mall offers so much for those looking to lead a healthy lifestyle.

As far as clean eating is concerned, Dolmen has a range of options for every palette. An organic bazaar was set up as part of the Fitness Festival. Stalls by Neco’s and greenO whipped up organic delights for the occasion. But even if you were to go to Dolmen Mall on an average day, the culinary options are equally exciting. Our favourite haunts include, Rowtesserie (their flamed grilled chicken is to die for), Espresso (best salads in town) and Subway (for the perfect alternative to fast food). If you aren’t in the mood to sit down for a meal, the grocery options at Dolmen are abundant. There is Neco’s health food store for your super foods like chia seeds and quinoa and then of course Hyperstar has a range of local and imported clean products for a healthy lifestyle.

A common misconception in Pakistan is that you have to travel to get snazzy athletic wear. With outlets like Adidas, Reebok and Nike, Dolmen offers customers international brands at surprisingly economical prices. Even better, if you get a Dolmen loyalty card you are treated to incredible discounts and promotions each month.

When talking about fitness we often forget a crucial aspect: personal hygiene and skincare. That's exactly why 'Dolmen gets fit' also encompassed dermatologists and skin care experts. Wellness is about so much more than just burpees and squats!

For the best natural deodorants and body sprays head to Scentsation, Body Shop, Debenhams, L’occitane and Crabtree & Evelyn. If you work out regularly, you need to take care of your body: invest in exfoliating scrubs, nourishing body creams and try the organic beauty buys at Saeed Ghani.

More than anything else, 'Dolmen Gets Fit' has set the trend for 'Wellness in Retail.' Consumers are placing more value on health and looking for experiences more than material objects. Going to the mall too is about so much more than just shopping! It's all about looking and feeling good and instagramming the whole trip. And Dolmen has set the standard for luxury retail in Pakistan by giving each customer exactly what he/she needs. From foodies to fitness addicts, there is something for everyone at Dolmen.
