'Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai': A Tale of Love, Deceit and Innocence
Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai stars Sajal Aly and Feroze Khan in their debut performance. This is Anjum Shahzad's second outing after Mah E Mir which released earlier this year. If we have to summarise Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai in a few words then it’s a complete masala potboiler. It follows the cliché Indian film format of the 90’s. What appeals to the audience is the unusual and expressive acting of Sajal and Feroze who were perfect for the role.

It is one of the few movies where special attention was given to the leading actress’s wardrobe. She shopped most of her looks from Dubai with her stylist to get it right. Sajal looked flawless in a black saree in the climax and the overall feel was very cinematic.

This masala flick has good music mainly supporting the narrative of the film. It’s a tale of love, deceit and innocence, surrounding the moral corruption within the TV industry, told through the perspective of a child. The film story does falter in its narration and screenplay often at times but despite all this, what stands is Sajal Aly's performance. Her eyes depict a million emotions and her face is pure innocence.

On the whole, with no more spoilers,  Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai is a brilliant movie full of drama. Go watch it and enjoy the brilliance of Pakistani cinema!
