EXCLUSIVE: Lahore’s Eyes On It’s Freshest Crop Of Fashionistas Anna, Mehek & Mehreen
Hello! meets the bubbly trio who set new highs in the fashion world in a candid tête-à-tête.

Anna Jawad
I was born and raised in Manchester. I have completed my undergrad and Masters in Human Resource Management and Business from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. I am a certified Makeup Artist and educator by profession and absolutely love what I do. I moved to Lahore four years ago when I got married to the most amazing man in the world. Since then I have been in love with this beautiful City, Lahore!

I am an extremely confident and content person. I believe that whatever is meant for you will find its way to you. One just has to be positive in life and focus on themselves more than others!

How would you describe your personal style?
I like keeping it simple and classy. I have never gone overboard with cuts, colors or trends. I firmly believe that ‘less is more’. My personal favorite colors that I always wear are black, white, blue and beige they look elegant classy and chic.

What is your go-to source for style inspiration?
I use tons of inspiration every day. I love the diversity different channels give to creative people. Here are some of my very top, Style.com for fashion news and runway coverage, Blogs- Fashion Toast, Gary Pepper Girl. YouTube- clothes encounters, TheLineUp, The Platform. For Instagram it’s Song of Style.

If you could bring any international store to Pakistan, which would it be?
Quite a few actually! I love high street brands for clothes. So I would love H&M, Zara, Topshop and River Island to grace us with their presence.

What is your absolute favorite accessory to wear?
Definitely rings! I can never have enough rings! I don’t know about anybody else but diamonds are surely my best friend!

What are summer must-haves for any girl’s wardrobe?
White and beige baggy trousers with lots of cool breezy white shirts some colorful slip-ons and few off shoulder tops!

What are the top five things on your wish list for this season?
I’m too weak for my wish list to go down to 5!

Mehek Saeed
I did my schooling in Karachi and then made one of the best decisions of my life – surprising to many – to go to college in Malaysia. I attended The
University of Nottingham and did my Bachelors in International Communications. When I returned to Pakistan, I got a job at The Express Tribune Newspaper, as their Life and Style correspondent in Lahore. Recently, I also joined Ogilvy & Mather as an Account Manager so I get a good mix of fashion, culture, art and the corporate life. When I’m not out oscillating between my two jobs, I am at home with my family and two cats! The cat lady syndrome is real.
