The music scene in Pakistan is always growing, and the credit goes to artists like Arslan Baig, who are coming up with soulful tracks that speak to your heart and at the same time have you tapping your feet along to the music. Arslan Baig is a British Pakistani pop singer, songwriter, and composer famously known for his Urdu/Punjabi dance tracks such as ‘Heeriye’.

The British-Pakistan singer Arslan Baig is back with a new single after a long wait. Baig released a song, ‘Guzaarish’ under Zee Music India – and has once again managed to sweep us off our feet with his beautiful voice in the new track.

The song that is a love song in its originality has the perfect music that you’d want to listen to it on repeat. The song’s overall feel is smooth and slow, but it has the quality to it that could make it a perfect qawwali night or long drive number. The lyrics are deep and lovely, and the way Arslan Baig has sung the song - makes you feel like he is singing the song to you.

In 2011, the singer won the Entertainer of the Year award and topped the Asian music charts. The artist performed for a variety of charity events in the UK and sung for a couple of Urdu TV dramas.

Written and composed by Zahid Ali, ‘Guzaarish ' is beautifully shot in London. The song is slow yet catchy with a very vibrant feel to it - the romantic music and beautiful lyrics tick all the boxes to make it to our favourite playlist this season.

The singer and star of the music video spoke about the romantic number ‘Guzaarish‘ in an interview with 'Cutacut', he said, 'as a British-Pakistani singer, I feel honored to be working with such a big platform that appreciates my work and offers tremendous potential. It always feels amazing when your hard work is recognized and appreciated by prominent names as Zee Music company/record label. I look forward to working with major labels in Pakistan in the future too and represent my country.'
