1. We are excited to have you both for the first time on our February digital cover, a month that celebrates love. When your relationship became a shared creative space, did you imagine it reaching this scale?
In many ways, yes. Coming from the same field, we understood each other’s vision, discipline, and drive from the very beginning. Our relationship naturally became a space where ideas were exchanged, challenged, and elevated. We have always believed in building together, pushing each other to think bigger and move with intention. While the scale continues to surprise us, the momentum feels earned because it is grounded in shared purpose, creative alignment, and a deep respect for each other’s craft.

2. Your content often feels effortless and intimate. How do you balance authenticity with the pressure to constantly create for social media?
We are very conscious about creating from a place of truth rather than pressure. Authenticity comes first, and if something does not feel aligned or honest, we do not force it. Being from the same field helps, we understand the rhythms of creativity and when to step back. Social media is a tool, not the driver. We focus on living fully, staying present with each other, and letting the content grow organically from real moments. That is what keeps it intimate, effortless, and sustainable.

3. Hemayal, you were already a familiar face online, while Ali, your visibility really surged after marriage. How has stepping into the spotlight as a couple changed things for both of you?
For me, it was about evolution rather than change. I was already comfortable sharing parts of my world, but becoming visible as a couple added a new dimension, one rooted in partnership rather than individuality. For Ali, the spotlight came more suddenly, but stepping into it together made the transition feel grounded and intentional. We were very clear about showing up as ourselves, not performing a version of us for visibility. Navigating that shift as a team strengthened our trust and allowed us to grow into it with confidence rather than pressure. Ali very clearly says I love doing this with you.
4. Ali, we often see you online as part of this duo. What other passions or projects do you focus on?
Beyond what people see of us together online, my main focus is Chaos, the clothing brand I run. It is a space where I channel my ideas, values, and creative direction independently, from concept to execution. Building a brand has taught me discipline, patience, and how to think long term. Having that individual purpose is important to me, and it complements our work as a couple by allowing me to show up with clarity and confidence in both spaces.

5. Being an “Instagram couple” can blur the lines between personal life and public consumption. What parts of your relationship do you consciously choose to keep offline?
We are very selective about what we share. While we are comfortable inviting people into moments of our lives, the foundation of our relationship, our private conversations, our disagreements, our healing, and our quiet routines, stays offline. Those moments are sacred to us. For example, Ali’s family. He likes to keep it private, and I respect that. Keeping certain parts just for ourselves protects the honesty and depth of our connection. It allows us to show up online from a place of wholeness, not exposure, and keeps our relationship rooted in real life, not public consumption.
6. February is all about love. For you both, what does romance look like beyond the reels and curated moments?
For us, romance lives in the everyday. It is in the quiet support, the check-ins, the way we show up for each other when no one is watching. Beyond the reels and curated moments, love looks like patience, shared responsibilities, late-night conversations, and growing together through different seasons of life. Those unfiltered moments are what truly sustain us, and they are the reason the more visible moments feel genuine.

7. What has been the biggest surprise for you both about working together as partners and creators?
The biggest surprise has been how much working together has deepened our respect and understanding of each other. We expected collaboration to be fun and inspiring, but we did not anticipate how it would challenge us to communicate better, compromise, and push each other creatively. It is rewarding to see how our individual strengths complement each other, turning ideas into something bigger than either of us could do alone. Honestly, the journey has made us not just better creators, but stronger partners in every sense.
8. Fashion has become a strong part of your identity as a duo. How do you approach styling together? Do you influence each other’s choices or let each other shine individually?
Most of the styling is something I handle, but it is always a collaborative process in spirit. I enjoy curating looks that feel authentic to both of us, while Ali trusts the vision and brings his own personality into each outfit. It is a balance of guidance and freedom. He shines in the confidence and presence he brings to the looks, and together it creates a style that feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably “us.”

But it is never about ego, it is about trusting each other’s instincts and knowing that the strongest ideas come from collaboration. Even when there is a disagreement, we both bring our perspectives to the table, and the final result is always better for it.
11. Valentine’s Day often comes with big expectations. Who between the two of you is more about grand gestures, and who prefers quiet moments?
Ali definitely leans toward grand gestures, he loves celebrating and making moments feel special. I, on the other hand, cherish quiet, intimate moments where we can just be ourselves. That balance works perfectly for us. His energy brings excitement, and my calm keeps us grounded. Together, it is a mix of celebration and simplicity that feels authentic to our relationship.
12. Lastly, what does success look like for you both by the end of 2026?
For us, success is not just about numbers or visibility, it is about growth, impact, and creating work we are proud of. By the end of 2026, we hope to have expanded our creative ventures, strengthened our individual brands, and continued building projects that inspire others. Most importantly, success is maintaining the balance between our personal life and our work, staying aligned as a couple, and enjoying the journey together while making a meaningful mark in our fields.
