Drops of the Divine: Yet Another Successful Launch!
Over the years Nestlé Pakistan has been a brand that has remained a constant in every home, office and institution in Pakistan. This time Nestle splendidly helped us in understanding the beautiful journey of milk that represents the distinctive story of packaged milk sector in our country today. A magnificent event in Lahore was held on 31st January 2018 that portrayed the picture book, Drops of Divine: A Story of Milk in collaboration with Markings Publishing. The event was held at the Alhamara with a scenic depiction of pictures from the book that was then followed by a musical program and dinner.

This coffee table book has been one thing that has captured our attention this year with aesthetically captured photos it will make you understand the true quintessence of ethnicity and embodies the undisputable hard work of dairy cultivators and laborers who work day and night to bring the cleanest and healthiest form of milk for consumption.

Moreover, the book introduces a dynamic new concept that takes you through a variety of different steps while giving you a touch of the easiest and yummiest recipes alongside making it definitely one of a kind. Overall this book is something that will give a touch of heritage, tradition and culture while providing you with informative details about the milk sector in our country.

After the astounding success of Drops of Divine: A Story of Milk in Lahore, HE Thomas Kolly , the Swiss Ambassador to Pakistan hosted a dinner for the launch of this very book in Islamabad at his own residence. Talking about the book further he said,

"We are absolutely delighted to host the launch of Drops of Divine: Story of Milk in Islamabad. The dairy industry of Pakistan has a lot of potential and today’s launch is testament to this fact. We are extremely proud of Nestlé and its achievements in Pakistan, and particularly it’s commitment to improving the livelihood of dairy farmers in its value chain”.

The event was a huge success overall and was attended by many dignitaries including: CEO Nestle Pakistan Bruno Olierhoek, H.E Dimitrios Zoitos, Korean Ambassador H.E Kwak Sung Kyu, Shoaib Siddiqui, Samaira Siddiqui, Zulfiqar Cheema, Waqar Ahmed and Kiran Aman. It was great to see important people like HE Thomas Kolly to take this great initiative and bring everyone together to help in understanding our dairy industry from a much closer and personal point of view. We often take packaged milk and its journey for granted. However with, Drops of the Divine: A Story of Milk the entire journey gets unraveled slowly and exquisitely thus making us more aware of the whole process and might we add, what a wonderful process!
