FAS Design Studio Reigning Day 3 at PLBW
FAS takes pride in coming from a background that understands the art of putting together quality fabrics all too well, it is therefore all the more fitting that he put together a star-studded show on Day 3 of PLBW and showcased over 30 pieces of conventionally tasteful, yet innovative bridals!
His collection Parwana e Husan, which is keenly representing the desire of the modern bride and groom for the perfect wedding ensemble. A perfect blend of eastern and western bridal inspiration comes together in Parwana e Husan, that features classic sherwani’s, waistcoats and turbans for men. As well as ball gown silhouettes, shararas ghararas, and pleated peplums for women.
The collection takes pride in attention to detail by using the delicate luxe fabrics with floral fiesta created with 3D fluorites and micro-pleatings with myriad fabrics and bright ornate embellishments to render a decadent tale of past royalty time-travelled into modern times giving their work an individualistic identity.
The collection showcased bridal jewellery by Zaheen Kamran and Noor Jahan Jewels, with each featuring a carefully curated collection of glowing pieces to complete the ensembles.
The cherry on top of the cake was the very decorated lineup that showcased the collection on the ramp. FAS Design Studio featured not two, not three, not four! But a total of SIX showstoppers including Kubra Khan, Nimra Khan, Omer Shehzad and fan favorites Imran Abbas and Ayeza Khan. An extra cherry on top of that was the sixth showstopper, singer Amanat Ali Khan who lit the stage with his soulful voice as models in elegant design work by FAS reigned the ramp!
The show received spectacular reception from the fashion glitterati present and concluded with a very graceful Faraz Abid Sheikhu taking on the ramp with a multitude of models and showstoppers dressed in the ideal amalgamation of classic and modern, that is Parwana e Husan!
