The Ralph Lauren khaki-coloured trench coat gown with about a 20 feet long trail donned by Priyanka Chopra at the Met Gala 2017 in New York has been making rounds of the internet. Several memes and creative yet hilarious comparisons to the ensemble have been made from malai in the chai to the terrains of Egypt and as a promoter of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. However, the Baywatch has taken the criticism in her stride as she strikes back!

Priyanka took to Instagram and replied saying,

“*Drumroll* to your creativity! I’ve picked a few of my favourites! Good to know that the dress serves more purposes than just fashion. Hope to continue to stir your creative juices.”

The actress was proud of herself to choose the dress she wore, especially because she could change its look within minutes for the gala and after-party.
