Easy and Refreshing Dried Fruit Milkshake for Iftar
After fasting for an entire day during warm weather, what you really need is a refreshing drink that is also full of nutrients! This easy-to-make dried fruit milkshake recipe is perfect for Iftar. 


  • 7 to 8 unseeded dates
  • 2 to 3 dry figs
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • Hot water
  • 2- ½ cup chilled milk
  • Honey


Soak all dried fruits in hot water for half an hour, each in a separate bowl. After 30 minutes, take them out from the water and peel off the skin of the almonds. Now transfer the dried fruits into the blender and add 1 tablespoon honey. Add a half cup of chilled milk in the blender and blend. It will take a bit of time for the mixture to become smooth. After this step, you will get a thick paste. Now add the rest of the milk and blend again. After blending, put it in your glass and enjoy.
