Prime Minister Imran Khan met President Donald Trump and the First Lady Melania Trump at the White House in the US capital. The visit with his US contemporaries garnered a lot of attention on Social Media; especially the level of comfort that the US President exuded in the company of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The First Lady Melania Trump expressed her pleasure at receiving Prime Minister Imran Khan at the White House: ‘Great to have Prime Minister Imran Khan (PTI) of Pakistan at the White House today!’ Tweeted Mrs Trump. She smiled constantly during the PM’s visit and Mr and Mrs Trump and their guest took several pictures which were trending on Social Media almost instantly. The Pakistani Social Media was quick to pick up on the fact that Melania Trump was very happy to see PM Imran Khan at the White House– her consistent smiles were something she does quite rarely, actually! That gave impetus to the creation of hundreds of memes on Social Media which had everyone engaged and laughing on the White House triumph of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
