"It's an isolating feeling which is why it's so incredible to see so many women come together and say me too, you are not alone," said the Baywatch star.

When asked if there are any Harvey Weinsteins in Bollywood, the Barfi actress commented, "I don't even think there's just one Harvey Weinstein in Hollywood, they're everywhere, not just here or in India but all over the world."

She further suggested that the solution for women is power in numbers. Strong women supporting strong women, cultivating a safer environment for future generation of ladies.

"The fact that we can be compassionate and at the same time tough are strengths only women have. Don't allow anyone to tell you that you need to dress a certain way. When you open your mouth, you deliver," she added.
