Saba Qamar and Irrfan Khan-starrer Hindi Medium set to release on May 12, has recently revealed a new poster that gives us a feel of what Saba's Bollywood debut film is all about!
The film which narrates the love story of a young couple from Chandni Chowk, Delhi in its latest poster features a man's feet - one in a torn sandal and the other in a spanking new dress shoe. The tagline below reads, 'cheating, lying. The parents who will do anything to get their children into the right school.'
The juxtaposition of the shoes sheds light on how superficial and materialistic the world has become that giving the perception that one is wealthy or comes from a well-to-do lifestyle is essential to survive.
Directed by Saket Chaudhary, it is a lighthearted romantic film about a young couple in Chandni Chowk, who aspire to move into society’s upper crust.
