NGES approached Realme as the Esports industry in Pakistan started to evolve, encouraging them to get involved, organized an Esports tournament for the youth, and advertise their smartphone brand. After a fruitful discussion, realme and NGES decided to organize the Realme Gaming Championship, an online PUBG mobile tournament.

This was the NGES's first tournament with a strong brand presence. The tournament received more than 500 registrations. Competitors fiercely battled it out in three online qualifiers in January 2020 for the Champions title.

NGES was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the tournament's league operations, including registrations, games, and catering to the participants. Additionally, NGES live-streamed the whole event on Youtube and other social media platforms. Realme's PUBG Tournament Pakistan 2021 didn't only help the brand's promotion but also led to many gamers buying Realme gaming phones.

Team i8 Esports won the Realme Gaming Championship, securing their invite to the Realme Launch event in Lahore.
