The answer is NO! Creams should correspond to your skin's current needs.

Not only smiles but all facial gestures lead to wrinkles. So, if you walk around with a sad expression on your face and frowned forehead you will not only acquire new wrinkles but frighten all your friends! Don't do it!

  1. Omega-3 foods ward off the signs of ageing


No one is going to argue about the fact that omega-3 is beneficial to the body. Oily fish and other foods that are rich in omega-3 bring many great health benefits to the table. What they don't do, however, is prevent wrinkles. There has been no conclusive evidence to support this claim. It's fine to eat oily fish for the taste, but don't do so strictly to prevent wrinkles!
