The first look at the new world of  Beauty and the Beast is finally out! Disney has released a refreshingly new trailer for its upcoming live-action adaptation, starring Emma Watson as Belle and Dan Stevens as the handsome beast. The trailer has received a record-breaking 127.6 million views in just about 24 hours according to the movie's official Twitter profile.

The cast of the film includes famous actors echoing the enchanted roles of Lumière (Ewan McGregor), Cadenza (Stanley Tucci), Plumette (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), Mrs. Potts (Emma Thompson), Cogsworth (Ian McKellen) amongst the many. Luke Evans also makes a special appearance as the villain Gaston, with Josh Gad playing the role of Le Fou as his sidekick.

The original Disney classic is celebrated for songs like Be Our Guest, though the new trailer doesn't include any of those historic sound tracks - or in fact any of the new songs penned just for this adaptation, legendary Oscar winner and Disney collaborator Alan Menken, revealed that there are three new ballads in the film.

The much-awaited movie directed by Bill Condon will hit theatres on March 17, 2017.
