How To Groom Your Eyebrows At Home
Eyebrows are the most important element that shape your face and enhance your features. You can put on the best makeup, but if your eyebrows are not shaped, your look will be incomplete.

While salon trips for grooming are not an option in quarantine, you can easily do your eyebrows at home, you just need to be patient. Follow these steps:

Tweeze After You Shower

You can wax or even thread your eyebrows but if you are not a pro, it’s best to stick to tweezing as you will have more control over it and you will be plucking one hair at a time, so less chances of messing up. You can make the whole process less painful.  After taking a shower, grab your favourite tweezers and pluck your eyebrows. The warm water helps open up the follicles, which allows the hair to be pulled out easily.

Align Your Brows With Your Face Shape

Use a brow pencil as a guide to help you find the beginning, end, and arch of your eyebrows. The beginning of your brow should start right where your nostril begins. Hold the pencil vertically against the bridge of your nose and on top of your nostril to help you find the starting point. To find your arch, place the pencil on the tip of your nose and angle it straight across your pupil. That’s where your natural arch lies should be. To find the end of your brow, simply take the pencil, at an angle, and place it against the end of your nose and eye. If the tail end of your brow hits the place where the pencil ends, then your eyebrows are the perfect length. If your brow is too long, then tweeze some of the hair away.

Take Out The Hair In The Direction Of Your Hair

Tweeze in the direction of your hair growth so you can capture the whole strand with ease. Just follow the shape of your eyebrows and cleanup by taking out the extra hair strands.

Trim Them

Use a small pair of scissors to trim your hair from the front, use a clean mascara wand to brush up the hair, and then trim the rest of the eyebrow. Brushing up your hair and trimming will give you that perfect off the ramp look.

Keep in mind that when you’re plucking, it’s really easy to get carried away and end up with very thin eyebrows. Keep them natural as it is the new black. Thin eyebrows are so early 2000s so don’t go there. Give it a try and let us know how it turned out for you. Keep practicing and you should soon be a pro at it.
