Heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor recently spotted at Mumbai airport accompanied by his mother Neetu Singh left for an alleged 'hush-hush' meeting in London.

Though, no one knows the reason as to why the mother-son headed to London all of a sudden, Ranbir has returned already. According to sources, “The London visit could very well be for a meet and greet with a well known family in London for the actor’s marriage.
