Toast To The New Year: Special Olympics Pakistan New Year's Eve Gala 2017
Special Olympics Pakistan hosts the Annual New Years Eve Gala as its premier fund raiser. SOP is a not-for-profit organisation working for the development of persons with Intellectual Disabilities. Using these funds, Special Olympics Pakistan contributes to society through its sports, wellness and recreational programs for persons with ID. We provide opportunities to children and adults with ID in the field of sports, thereby contributing to their health and aim to foster an inclusive community for them.
The NYE Gala is attended every year by the socialites of Karachi and people from overseas. This allows us to grow each year and reach out to more people with ID and enable them to experience joy, accomplishment, courage and team work.
