Hugh Jackman Wants Shah Rukh Khan To Be Replaced As Wolverine
The upcoming film Logan is going to be Hugh Jackman's last time around playing the iconic mutant Wolverine on film. And that raises the question, who is going to replace Jackman in the role because there is noway Fox is giving up their most lucrative franchise.

In an interview with Rajeev Masand, Jackman casually threw out a name and it was none other than King Khan, i.e. Shah Rukh Khan.

Though, this is not confirmed news, but it does comment of Hugh Jackman's charisma. He was being interviewed by an Indian journalist and it's a question he has been asked numerous times before, so for him to suggest SRK's name like that would of course startle and excite fans - both across the border and across the globe.

“I think I’ll be fine with it. I hope other people play it. May be Shah Rukh Khan could play it.” he added.

This one line statement sent fans in a frenzy, and Hugh Jackman is trending on Twitter. Might we add, people are loving the idea!

Directed by James Mangold and co-starring Dafne Keen, Stephen Merchant, Patrick Stewart and Boyd Halbrook, Logan, Jackman’s ninth and final Wolverine movie, is due out on March 3.
